Shipping Policy

At GLADIUS, we believe that discipline starts with precision — and that includes our shipping standards. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets from us to you.
📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Note: During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship from our logistics partners to customers across the United States and internationally.
Delivery estimates are as follows:

Note: Remote areas may require additional time.
🌍 International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your location and are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
🔎 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If you haven’t received it after 3 days, contact us at gladiusmen.off@gmail.com.
📭 Missing or Delayed Orders
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven't received it:

Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Wait 48 hours — sometimes carriers scan early.

Still nothing? Reach out to us, we’ll help resolve it.
If your package is delayed or stuck in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
🛑 Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-claimed parcel, or refused delivery, the customer is responsible for new shipping costs or will be refunded minus the original shipping fee.
