🔁 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, if:

The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.

You provide your order number and any requested photos if applicable.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Used or opened LED masks

Items marked as Final Sale

Gift cards or downloadable content
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, we’ll refund the full amount minus the original shipping fee.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos of the issue
We’ll replace the item or offer a refund based on the situation.
🚫 Exchanges
Due to limited inventory and hygienic considerations, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
